The biggest difference between both kind is the contenance of COMARIN. In Europ the contenance of couramin in cinnamon is, since 2 years, limited to max 2 %. Cassia has generally a contenance of coumarin of +- 5% while cinnamon verum has only 0.004 % of coumarin in his composition. It's a pitty that so many farmers in Indonesia have the cassia cinnamon. If later Amerika and Japan undertake the same steps for the healty of their population, our Indonesian export will suffer very hard. Since different weeks we are searching for cinnamon verum. No 1 piece we found. If somebody reading this comment and having cinnamon verum, zeylanicum, please will contact us ? Thanks in advance. Dear Sirs
